    Nancy Test is a compassionate and experienced counselor who earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology in 2017. She is EMDR-trained and works from a Person-Centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

    Nancy works with adults (18+) and is especially passionate about supporting individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use issues. She is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

    Nancy currently accepts several insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Oscar Health Plan, Texas Exchange, TX DSNP, UBH General, Medicare, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

  • Audrey Crouch received her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling in 2016 from Amberton University. Audrey is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has also been licensed as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since 2010.

    Audrey provides a warm, compassionate and caring environment to help people who are hurting. She works with individuals who struggle with, but not limited to, anxiety, grief, substance use and trauma. She believes everyone deserves to become the person they want to be and experience life to it’s fullest. She utilizes EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and other techniques to help people move past hurt and into their healing.

    She sees individuals 14 and up and accepts Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare insurance.
